Joined Churngold in 1996 |
 Ross is Chairman and majority shareholder in the Churngold Group of Companies. He is also Non - Executive Director of UK listed housing regeneration group MJ Gleeson Plc, Galaxy Entertainment Group, a Hong Kong quoted casino, hotel and construction materials group and Chairman of private equity backed Taylors, specialising in waste containment solutions.
He was formerly on the Group Executive Board of George Wimpey Plc and served as Managing Director of Wimpey Minerals and Wimpey Waste Management.
Ross holds a degree in Management Studies and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand.

 Tim is a Non Executive Director of Churngold Construction Holdings Ltd. He joined George Wimpey Plc as a legal adviser before studying at London Business School and moving into general management. He was a Main Board Director of George Wimpey from 1991 to 1996 and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Hargreaves Services plc and Superglass Holdings plc and a Director of Lavendon Group plc and May Gurney Integrated Services plc. He is also a director of a number of other private and venture capital-backed companies.
Tim read law at Oxford University before qualifying as a solicitor and practising in the City of London, specialising in property and construction.

 Richard is Finance Director and shareholder in all of the Churngold Companies. He has responsibility for financial management, compliance and control of all companies with annualised turnover exceeding £75M in 2008.
Previous experience includes Group Finance Director with Johnsons News Group and a variety of roles at KPMG, in the South West and London.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant (A.C.A) and holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.

 Andrew is Managing Director and shareholder of both Churngold Construction Holdings Ltd and Churngold Remediation Ltd
Andrew previous experience includes Project Director with Carillion Building, where he was in charge of the £100M PFI Princess Margaret Hospital redevelopment in Swindon and the £100M PFI Hospital in Kent
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Builder (ACIOB) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Technology

 Richard is Commercial Director and shareholder of Churngold Construction Holdings Ltd
Richard previous experience includes senior UK and Overseas Director roles with Bovis Lend Lease, where he was Head of Risk, with commercial and operational responsibilities and BP, where he was Global Alliance Director.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (ARICS) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Surveying.

 Martin is the Director responsible for all construction activities within South Wales, heading a team based from offices in Treforest, Pontypridd.
Previous experience includes senior surveying and commercial roles with DMD and Christian & Nielson.
Martin is a member of the ACIOB (Building Institute) and holds an HNC in Building Studies.

 Gareth is the Director responsible for all Construction activities within the North West, heading a team based from offices in Runcorn.
Gareth has a wide variety of complex project experience in the Civil Engineering, Construction and Mining Industries, in Senior Operational positions with Main Contractors such as Vinci and Kier.
Gareth is an associate of the Camborne School of Mines (ACSM) and holds a B.Eng in Mining Engineering, BTEC HNC in Construction and Licentiateship of the City of Guilds in Construction (LCGI).

 John is the Managing Director and shareholder of Churngold Recycling Limited.
John was previously Operations Director for Churngold Waste Management, responsible for two large Transfer Stations in the South West, before stepping up to the Managing Directors role in 2003.
John holds a COTC and CPC qualifications.

 Paul joined Churngold from Wimpey where he held a number of senior quarrying and surfacing roles both in the UK and overseas.

 Phil is the Managing Director and shareholder of MDS Technologies Limited.
Phil has extensive experience creating and developing new business in the internet and wireless markets.
Previous experience includes Global Director of New Ventures/e-Business for GKN Plc and has played an active role in the development of mobile and digital content strategies, including Hollywood Studios, Location based Service Companies and Safety Organisations.
Phil has an MBA from London Business School and holds a B.A. (Hons) in Chemistry.

Environmental Director, Churngold Remediation |

 Hayden is the Environmental Director and shareholder of Churngold Remediation Ltd.
Hayden is responsible for legislative environmental compliance for Churngold and the design and costing of remediation schemes from fuel filling stations to the decommissioning of gas work sites, drawing on over 10 years of experience in the waste management industry.
Previous experience includes time with the British Aerospace Military Aircraft Division, specialising in environmental law compliance.
Hayden holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Resource Science and PgDip in Pollution and Environmental Control.
